When will my order be ready to ship?
Most orders are designed and ready to ship in 3-5 business days.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us containing the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link to update.
How long will my package take to arrive once shipped?
• Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
• Priority Mail: 1-4 business days
The travel time estimates listed are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how quickly it arrives to it's destination. We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays. We are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carrier. All of our shipments are insured. Please allow for additional transit time during holidays and severe weather.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Orders are shipped to the shipping address that you provide at the time of purchase. If you need to change the address on your order, please contact us immediately.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping costs to re-ship the order to the correct address.

If you encounter any challenges during the application process and need a do-over, simply reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the surface you are applying your decal(s) to and some details about what went wrong. We'll gladly assist you in getting things back on track and your space looking fantastic.
We're happy to provide a discounted price on replacement decals if the issue arises from a misstep during application. This way, you can give it another shot with a fresh decal at a discounted price and achieve the look you desire.
